A bell icon in the Dashboard header shows in-app notifications — barista joins, departures, checklist notes, challenge completions — with an unread badge and per-type email preferences.

Register Training

Baristas practice cash counting, card handling, punch card management, and cash discount conversations. Up to 3 attempts per scenario. Daily goal of 5 earns bonus XP. Owner settings control which scenario types appear.

Owner Challenges

Auto-detected challenges trigger automatically from game data — accuracy thresholds, XP milestones, streak targets. Manual awards let you type a custom title, select baristas, and click Award. Both appear on each barista’s profile.
